Build A New Body With A Home Gym

As I mentioned in the About Me, I made huge changes to body in one year using only a home gym. I always thought I had to go to the gym and have a personal trainer to get these kind of results. Being stuck at home for a year gave me an opportunity to put it to the test.
No matter how big or small your space is, you can create a home gym that will give you results if you remain consistent. I do have some equipment in my home gym but most of this was done using hand weights, bands, and strength bands.
For right at $100, I purchased a door gym that was phenomenal in my at home progress. It literally connects to any door and was simply to install. With this system, I am able to do all my upper body and lower body exercises. It offers multi-tension power cords with up 200 pounds of resistance. Of course, I never needed that much but my husband is able to use it as well. With this out of the way device, you can complete hundreds of exercises. It includes posters with many examples of them.

Make the space an area you like. Add some encouraging wall art or a fun curtain divider for when you are not using it. A mirror is a must have so you can make sure your form is correct.
If you have a room you can dedicate, paint it a fun color. Add a treadmill for some cardio and a cable machine. Music always gets me in the mood so make sure you have a great playlist. Watch for a blog with samples of creative gym spaces.
Remember, this is about you. Don't worry about what other people will think about your space. Make a gym in your living room if you have to. I have a pool table in mine! lol. Take that room that is accumulating dust because you don't use it an create a workout space, or even a corner, that will help you be a more fit and healthy you....in the comfort of your home.
Oh yeah, I know you may not want to hear this, but it requires clean eating to get these kind of result. I totally changed my meal plans. I will tell you more about that in a healthy eating blog.
