Pecan Pumpkin Oatmeal Recipe

Are you in love with pumpkin? So delicious yet a healthy breakfast that will add a boost to your day.
This oatmeal is quick and easy to prepare.
Recipe:
-1 package of pumpkin pecan oatmeal(I used Trader Joe’s brand)
-2/3 cup of water or milk (I used Oatmilk-Kirkland brand)
-Toppings of choice: apples, pecans, cranberries, cinnamon
-For extra flavor, add a few drops of vanilla extract
Microwave or overnight
Did you know pumpkin is full of vitamins? The combination of oatmeal and pumpkin provides a great amount of fiber. Pumpkin contains nutrients like vitamin A, C, E, B2, beta carotene and potassium.
